1.This machine adopts knife belt cutting, knife belt cutting along the spine of the fish, greatly improve the yield. After removing the head of raw materials, the yield can reach 80%. The equipment is made of stainless steel and other non- metallic materials required by HACCP. Just place the raw fish into the feed port and slice the fish accurately along the alignment center system of the equipment.
2.Yield 40 ~60 fish per minute, suitable for semi-thawing to keep fresh. The blade is
adjustable and the belt knife can be moved according to the shape of the bone.
Applicable Fishes: Trout, mackerel, saury, black fish, yellow croaker, grass carp, yellow loach, salmon,
hairtail, tilapia, dolphin fish/dorado/mahi mahi, shad, whitebait, cod, catfish and other medium and large fishes.
